All Plumbers/Heating Engineers have automatically agreed to Book The Plumber's Terms and Conditions if they have received a customer lead from us. All plumbers/heating engineers are liable to provide their own equipment, insurance, tools, vehicles, licenses, and warranty. We do not provide any kind of training or training materials.
All the plumbers and heating engineers provided by Book The Plumber are independent contractors with their own equipment, insurance, tools, vehicles, and licenses. Book The Plumber only provides customer leads to local plumbers. We do not employ/hire the plumbers/heating engineers and will not be liable for any accidental damage or provide any warranty for the jobs done by these plumbers/heating engineers. If you want to claim a warranty or report accidental damage, please get in touch with the plumber directly. We can only help you get connected to the plumber if available.
Book The Plumber is a Customer Lead Generation Website, and all the plumbers/heating engineers are not directly employed by us. Plumbers/heating engineers are independent individuals or companies who are self-employed. All Plumbers/Heating Engineers must source their own resources to deal with any types of customer complaints, warranties, and accidental damages claimed by the customers (where “Customers” means customer leads provided by Book The Plumber for whom you provided your service).
